Navigating issues of gender identity and sexual orientation can be a challenge in any workplace, but school settings can be especially complicated. During this panel you will learn from the experiences of LGBTQ and gender non-conforming FoodCorps alums who continue to work as educators in school and after-school settings, learn how the FoodCorps HR Team can help mediate incidents of discrimination or other interpersonal conflicts, and how to make LGBTQ-inclusive local and/or statewide nondiscrimination laws work for you (if they exist in your service state.)
